Description:   Roadway incidents demand more than red lights and good intentions—they demand leadership, clarity, and coordination. In this empowering training built for fire police, chiefs, and frontline responders, we’ll focus on the first 15 minutes that define the entire scene. Learn how to take command through safe traffic control practices—from manual flagging to scene positioning—and explore how Pennsylvania’s fire police are uniquely positioned to protect responders and the public. New this year, you’ll also step into a virtual crash scene using RealScene VR, where you’ll apply key strategies in real time. This hands-on exercise brings your training to life and lets you practice decision-making where it matters most. Walk away with actionable tools, heightened awareness, and renewed pride in the mission to return everyone home.
